300 Cal Meal: Yogurt Parfait


This is a pre-gym fav of mine.

Yogurt: 1/2 C. Dannon Light and Fit 
OR 100 Cal Greek Yogurt Single (100 cal)

1/2 C Puffed Oats Cereal (60 Cal) 

1 banana (80 Cal)

2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries (60 Cal)

= 300 Calories of heaven.
