Home work outs for Summer Arms - Start Now!

The number ONE most visited posts I have are about pregnancy and fitness and my fitness routine.
In previous posts, I have linked to the excercises I do, per several requests from emails as well as my friends. However, DeAnna said she wanted a REAL breakdown... One that she can easily reference at the gym so she isn't just start flailing weights at the gym, hoping that it is a real excercise.. Which made me think there are probably a bunch of women that would LIKE to get into lifting weights, but as soon as they walk near all the mirrors and assortment of weights lined up in front of different styles of benches the intimidation sets in and they fear they won't be lifting correctly or sitting in the right way, so they leave. So! If I'm going to write up a "real" breakdown, I might as well share it with you all!

Happy Birthday, Everly!

Happy First Birthday, Everly Pearl! from Sierra Grahn on Vimeo.
It's hard to believe she is already a whole year old!
One year ago, we knew we were weeks away from moving into our brand new house we were patiently waiting to be built when I was almost full term with our little Everly Pearl.
In fact, the day she arrived, we were actually signing final loan documents.
It was about midnight when I started feeling the contractions, the obvious ones that you'd only know for certain if you'd ever been in labor before. My prior 2 pregnancies both came on their own at 37 weeks, so feeling these contractions again at 37 weeks was not at all unusual to me. I took a bath and we waited for my inlaws to come over to watch the older kids.

Master Bath Haul + Tips/Tricks

After living at our new house nearly a year, I finally decided it was time to decorate my master bathroom. Before 2 days ago, I only had 2 mis matched bath mats and a bunch of random towels.

That just had to stop.

So here it is! I will try to post where I got each item/decor and price (if I can remember!) I flat out refuse to shop retail, so this was a VERY reasonable make-over.

I went with dark/light neautrals to keep it simple and timeless.
